Who We Are

The Sinfonicron Light Opera Company is a student-run theatre company at the College of William & Mary that produces annual musicals and light operas. For 59 years, it has dedicated itself to producing high quality theatre that delights audiences and enriches the lives of students.

This Year's Production

This January we return to Phi Beta Kappa Memorial Hall to celebrate 60 years of Sinfonicron with our production of Gilbert and Sullivan's award winning comic opera, The Pirates of Penzance

The Sinfonicron Light Opera Company's production of The Pirates of Penzance will take place from January 23rd-January 26thth, 2025.

A Grand Return

In January 2018, Sinfonicron bade a fond farewell to Phi Beta Kappa Memorial Hall, its home of 54 years, as it was closed by the College of William & Mary for renovations.

2024 marked Sinfonicron's return to Phi Beta Kappa Memorial Hall after six years in the Kimball Theatre. Sinfonicron is excited to have made our grand return in the new Glenn Close Theatre.
