SYNOPSIS
A lesser known Gilbert and Sullivan comedy, The Sorcerer tells the tale of a village unlucky in love. Alexis believes that love can unite those across all classes and on the eve of his own wedding he enlists the help of a London sorcerer to brew a strong love potion -anyone under its influence immediately falls head over heels with the first person they see. Hilarious mismatches are made and Alexis must find a reverse the spell before his own marriage is ruined.
